I tried to find the cheapest one I could find, because I’ve never used this before, but I had a feeling that it would need to be replaced after a while using it. This is a great quality and value for the money. It’s extremely easy to use. I got this for hair growth, not skin care, but I have used it for my skin since I bought it. The handle is designed to fit comfortably in your hand while you roll it around. I read that if you use this prior to using hair growth product, it increases the effectiveness of the product, because it’s easier absorbed into the skin after the needles on the roller make tiny openings in the skin. It doesn’t hurt as much as I expected, but they are needles so you can definitely feel it. If you’re on the fence, I would just take the leap and try it. It’s cheap enough that if you don’t like it, it’s not a big waste of money. Also, I believe it says it on the box, but I make sure to clean with alcohol before and after each use. I use 90% alcohol, because it evaporates so fast, so I don’t have to worry about the fluid damaging or rusting the needles. I really enjoy using this, actually, and I don’t have any proof it works or makes my hair growth faster or better, but it seems to work well. Built well for the price, is a bit uncomfortable when used but it isn't supposed to be pleasant 🤣 make shore to keep it clean with some alcohol but seems to work as advertised if you keep on it! Read more

I’ve been using this dermaroller for a while now, and I’m quite happy with the results. The head is smaller than I expected, but it’s well-made and works effectively. It’s easy to use and feels gentle on my skin while still providing the benefits I was looking for. The compact size makes it great for targeting specific areas, though it might take a bit longer to cover larger sections. Overall, it’s a solid product that delivers results. This works great for the price. I clean my face then run this over then apply facial cream. It does hurt a little but no bad. Seems to be helping with fine line. Read more

I use the 1mm once every 2 weeks for a total of 6 months. I always make sure to wash my before before and after. I also make sure to spray the needles with alcohol before and after. I roll one way across a portion of my face at a time. You stick to that and you wont hurt your face with tearing or infections. Read more

Unless you REALLY know what you are doing, this device will cause more harm than good. My kids may now enjoy it as a very dangerous playdoh accessory. I have also considered using it as a pie decorating tool. Read more
