After looking through many at home kits I went with this one because it comes with everything you need to get started at a a good price. The only down side is the lidocaine cream that comes with the kit is not very powerful, and that might just be because it is made for home use. It helps take the edge off but is not as good as a spa cream for numbing. Read more
