I have had this microneedling pen for a couple of months now and it is doing a great job. Microneedling is something I have done for years but I have always used a roller. I didn't even know these pens existed. With a roller, you have only one depth that the roller can go, and with this pen, you can dial to any depth that you want. This is essential for different areas of the face and neck. There are areas of the face that are more sensitive, and I can dial the mm to a lesser depth. Then the spots that can take deeper microneedling, I can just adjust the dial and get more penetration. If I want a really deep penetration, I will use a lidocaine cream to numb my face about 30 minutes prior. This pen also has light therapy on it so you can apply different types of light therapy as you go. There is a speed dial between 1 and 6 so you can have the needles penetrate faster! It comes with a good supply of the needle cartridges as well. This is definitely a faster, more efficient method than a roller. Plus it is much more sanitary. I just toss the needle cartridge into my sharp contents container when done. If microneedling is something you want to try, get this! This pen is probably half the price of one microneedling session at the dermatologist office and it is so easy to do. I read up on the different serums used during microneedling and bought a collagen and multi-peptide, hyaluronic serum to apply while I microneedle. That way the serum will get punched into my skin. I will put the serum on a section of my face, then microneedle. Then I go to the next section of my face, add serum, then microneedle. When I'm done, I put a collagen face mask over my entire face which helps lock in the serum and cools off my face. With this pen, you can do all the microneedling you want, wherever you want, and at what depth you want, and not have to worry about paying the outrageous amount of money that a doctor would charge. I’m obsessed with this pen! I have been dealing with some scars in the chin after some breakouts in my puberty and now I can see a visible difference in my skin. I really like this microneedle pen . It works really well. I have had Med Spa do micro needling on me and they’re very expensive and this works just as good as those places do. I highly recommend it You can use it in stronger mode too. So I recommend it, but don’t forget you have to get a PDR in peptide hydrologic acid serum to do along with it. Read more

This exceeded my expectations! I’ve been using a manual microneedle, which I already love, but this is definitely an upgrade...it’s so much easier to use. It has 6 speed settings, starting off slow and gradually increasing, which is great for newbies like me to ease into it comfortably. It comes with 2 needle heads...one with 12 needles and another with 36 making it really effective for enhancing the absorption of skincare products. Although this says the needle is 0.25mm, you can adjust it lower to 0.20mm. It also has color changing lights. The device feels very well made, and overall, I’m really happy with this purchase. The needles arrived uneven and some bent on first use, compromising both hygiene and effectiveness. The handle feels cheap, and the wobbling roller head makes it hard to control pressure.
