This zester is perfect! Easily removes the zest without pith. I've tried other zesters (including another from Amazon that was highly rated) but invariably they ripped and tore the fruit hacking off the pith. I just got this one today and had to try it out right away. It is amazing - easily removed the zest with no pith - great addition to my kitchen. Read more
