My husband and I love using this new tool in the kitchen! It is SO much easier now to grate cheese over pasta dishes, grate lemon zest, etc., and cleanup is a breeze. It’s a heavy-duty, high-quality item, and I love the sleek-looking white handle. It has a great cover for the blades when not in use. We much prefer this to larger cheese graters and are extremely happy with our purchase. I went through a couple of other zesters over the years that only worked so-so before finally deciding I’d had enough and was ready to splurge for the Cadillac of zesters. Sure enough, it seems that you get what you pay for. This zester is durable, sharp, comfortable to use, and just works really well. I use it both for zesting citrus and for micro grating hard cheeses. The protective cover works well, if perhaps a touch tricky to line up correctly to put it back on. All in all, it seems like a trivial shortcoming for an otherwise excellent product. Read more
