This humidifier works perfectly! The added moisture in the air is being enjoyed by the whole family. It will run on a full filling for over 16 hours. It is easy to operate. I'm so happy I bought it. It is a great value! Read more

There are some great functionalities to this humidifier and some that could be improved. First, the large size is generous and allows for multiple days of use before refilling. The wheels are a nice feature for easy transport. The amount of mist and directional spouts are sufficient and helpful. The things I wish were improved: There is a delay from when you start the humidifier to when mist actually appears, So you might be left wondering if the humidifier isn't working. There are not lights on the panel so switching settings at night is impossible without turning a light on. I do not feel any difference between the warm and cool mist. Yet there is a warning on the humidifier cautioning users of a hot surface, so perhaps it is broken on mine? Overall, this gets the job done and provides a lot of flexibility and options for users including a sleep and timer setting. Read more

The dry air in my room is gone, and breathing is much easier. It runs quietly at night, and my skin feels more hydrated in the morning. The water tank is large and easy to clean. I definitely recommend it! and it works very quietly Read more

Our house is very dry in the winter. We were using an evaporative humidifier for several years, but really needed something that would put more moisture into the air quicker. Based on the description this unit seemed like it would be what we were looking for. That turned out to not be the case. It failed catastrophically almost immediately! The unit seemed to be well packaged, and it comes pretty much fully assembled. I was surprised at how lightweight it was, but that was without any water. Once filled, it is quite heavy. I have used these types of humidifiers before so setup and initial power up was straightforward. After following the instructions in the manual, I turned it on, set the humidity level, mist amount and warm mist settings. It did take a good minute or so before actually producing mist. That was even after the pump primed itself, so there is a bit of a delay each time you power it on. I also found that it does not retain your last settings, and you need to set everything each and every time you turn it on. Since you turn it off to fill the tank, you have to select all your settings each time you refill it. IMO, the unit should retain your settings as long as it is plugged in and there is power to the unit (even if it is turned off). After it finally started to produce mist, I noticed only one of the two nozzles was producing mist. The other did nothing! I let it run for a while to see if the other would start, but it never did. I also found the mist the working nozzle was producing was not warm, even after verifying the setting was selected. I used an infrared thermometer to measure the temperature of the mist, and it was the same temperature as the water I filled it with. So, there was no warm mist in addition to the non-working nozzle. So, already 2 issues with a new unit. I sent a note to the seller, and they replied that the mist cooled rapidly once expelled from the nozzle so it would feel cool. NOT! I have a small unit in the bedroom, and the mist is noticeably warm. I also have the results from testing the actual temperature of the mist where it exits the nozzle. The warm mist was non-existent. As for the 2nd nozzle not working, they said to contact their sales support with a video of the issue. Really? I need to take a video and deal with another department? Meanwhile I have a brand new humidifier I can't use because it is not working correctly. IMO this is an example of poor customer service. Before I could even do that, I found the humidifier had shut itself off (water level still full). When I tried to power it on, it did nothing! It was completely dead. I even unplugged it and let it sit for several minutes to "reset" it, but even after that it would not power up. I decided since it was brand new, it would be easier to simply initiate a return to Amazon for defective merchandise. I took the unit apart to let it dry out before boxing it up for the return That is when I found out why the 2nd nozzle was not working. The ultrasonic transducer (vibrating disc) was badly cracked. There was no way it would work in that condition. I also found a brown liquid leaking from the motor housing on the outside of the case, as well as into the water reservoir. No idea what it was, but that may explain why the unit completely stopped working. This unit was either damaged while being assembled (which would point to poor quality control), or was damaged in shipment (even though the box showed no damage whatsoever). You decide which you believe. Between the multiple problems with a brand new unit (resulting in complete failure), as well as what I consider to be poor customer service, I was severely disappointed with this experience. This was supposed to be the improved, newest model they sell, but it definitely needs more work and/or better quality control. I though about ordering the previous model hoping the imperfections would have been worked out, but decided it just wasn't worth taking a chance. I just don't trust this brand at this time. Read more

The humidifier itself works great. Like the large capacity. A bit of a challenge to fill, but I roll it over to the bathroom and fill it with my shower sprayer. DO NOT fill all the way to the top of the water fill line or it will leak out thru the handle cracks. Fill just below. About 4 ½ Gallons. I use the drops to keep the white dust and scaling to a min because we have slightly hard water. Unfortunately because of our high ceilings with a loft area it can only register one side of the house to hit the humidity mark. I keep all the doors to the rooms closed on my main level when running it. I have a 2500 sq ft main level. I use a smaller second humidifier for the MB overnight with the door closed. Read more
