What I really like about this heat gun is that it is very easy to use and all you do is plug it in and click the button and it’s a one mode heat gun, so there is no toggling with any temperature or anything, you just click it on and then you just use the heat gun. I do candle-making as a hobby, and I was really wanting a heat gun to help with some bubbles that were rising at the top of wax when I was making and pouring candles. A little trick is to use the heat gun and evenly melt the top layer of wax and let the bubbles rise up and out, which is what I was trying to do and it works completely perfect with this heat gun. I like this heat gun also has a little stand that it can lay horizontally on when you put it down so that it doesn’t burn you or the surface that you lay it on. I like the color gray it comes in, and it resembles the color prime grey in person; and I really like the quality of the outer covering/casing that acts as a great protecting cover that does not get hot even though it is made of a hard durable plastic; it’s really great quality and it stays cool to the touch. What I also really like about this heat gun is that the plug-in cord that it operates off of has a really good link to it so you won’t have to be really close to an outlet when you’re doing your projects or using the gun, it gives you a good amount of length so You’re able to stay a decent distance from the parking if this is not rechargeable, and it runs on plug-in AC outlet. There really isn’t anything that I don’t like about the heat gun, I like the color I like the quality of the heat that it puts out and I like that the plastic is made very durable and with really great quality materials. Overall, I am so happy I did get this heat gun, it is helping me with my hobby of candlemaking and along my candles to come out more presentable, and look more appealing to others. I will recommend this heat, going to all my family and friends, and to anyone that’s looking for an arts and crafts tool as a heat, gun or heat gun for candlemaking and smoothing out your wax, or even bodywork from what it says that you could use it for you on the back of the package and if you’re looking to have a good quality heat gun to help you out with your autobody decals, or candle making accessories, then I would also recommend this to you too. This is a nice, small handheld size heat gun, which works well for shrink tubing, to protect wiring in my electronics project. It was difficult to choose between the various models offered on this page, since they each listed different low and high temperatures. The two shrink tubing sets I have call for above 125C and between 70-125C. The grey model has a low setting of 100C and high of 200C, it claims. I'm not sure what the actual temperatures are, but they each worked for my needs. The high setting increases the fan speed as well. With its small size it is easy to hold and to use, and to quickly switch from low to high. This model doesn't come with any accessories other than the built in stand. Read more
