It has helped with my joint inflammation and I've notice better cognitive function since I started it. I have been using this for 6 months now. I do 10mg a day. This Momentous creatine is super easy to take - completely tasteless and it dissolves really well in a cup of coffee. I only use 3g instead of the recommended 5g.
