I bought these socks to help space out my toes, and they've been a game changer. I have narrow feet and used to tie my shoes so tight that my toes were always jammed together, with my fifth toe never touching the ground. I have Plantars Faciatis and my toes have been going numb. I wear these socks in the evening and the feeling is gradually returning to my toes! They are quite heavy so it takes a considerable amount of time to line dry. The comfort it provides is well worth the wait. Read more

These toe spreader socks work much better for me than other styles of silicone or plastic toe spreaders. They are easy to put on and keep in place and easy to position for the amount of spread you need. If you've never used toe spreaders they may be uncomfortable at first but after a quick acclimation they should provide some relief for foot pain and help improve poisoning and stability. The XL were a touch large for me despite wearing size 13 shoes; personally I'd do large up to size 13 and XL for 14+ or for those who want looser socks. My feet are truly happy with my Happy Feet Alignment Socks. My feet have been through two surgeries each due to rheumatoid arthritis. About half of them have bones removed. I don these socks and my floppy, flexible toes line up straight and remain that way, rather than curling under. The residual pain is greatly reduced. Read more
I was genuinely excited to try these foot alignment socks, and I have to say they were extremely comfortable. The toe separators felt great, and I actually enjoyed wearing them. They seemed like a promising solution for foot relief and alignment. Unfortunately, my enthusiasm was short-lived. After just one wear, I washed them according to the instructions, and the left sock came out with several holes. The stitching began to unravel, and the damage has only gotten worse with time. It's disappointing that a product designed for comfort and wellness couldn't hold up to a single wash. I really wanted to love these socks, and I still think the concept is great. But for the price, I expected better durability. If the quality control improves, I’d be open to trying them again, mbut for now, I can’t recommend them based on my experience.
