Bottom line: these nasal strips work reliably and cost less than big name brands, but the build is not heavy duty. First thing I noticed was that it's good to have washed your face. My nose was a bit oily and the strip let go initially. So I do recommend washing your face. The adhesive holds well through the night, even in warm weather, and they peel off without irritation. They do a solid job of keeping nasal passages open. I noticed easier breathing and better sleep, and I was able to sleep on my back more without my spouse waking up and telling me I am snoring. The strips are individually wrapped and easy to apply, again, as long as you clean your skin first. They are a good size for most adults and stay put unless your skin is oily. These work well and don't stick so much that you're afraid of peeling your skin off in the morning (though I would advise using with clean skin so it doesn't come unstuck from face oils.) I would put these at a medium-ish strength as far as how much it opens your nasal passage but I found it worked just fine. I have a smaller nose and found that these fit well. Read more

These nasal breathing strips are an affordable option to more expensive name brands. Each strip is individually packaged in a bandage like pack and the box is slim and easy to store. The strips are thin and I found them easy to adhere as long as I washed my face first. These are probably best used for sleep and not exercise, as I don't think the adhesion would last through a sweaty workout. I didn't have any issue removing the strips and they caused no irritation to my sensitive skin. These nose strips really helped with my congestion and snoring at night. They stick securely, stay in place, and helped with a reduction in snoring. I don't know if I would use these on a daily basis, but they definitely help when congested. Way cheaper than some other larger name brands, do the same job and are well made. Read more

These BreathEase Nose Strips are WAY better than that more popular brand that I find are too small. These are a good size for my schnoz as mine is not on the smaller side. I find that these stay on much longer if you get the excess oils off the nose before applying. They are easy to put on and cause no irritation. They have a better 'pull' than those name brand strips as I have a severe deviated septum on the left nostril. These definitely work well and for under $10, these are a great deal for 30 strips. I have a deviated septum, and have been using this type of strip for close to fifteen years when I sleep. These strips are the ones with two pieces of plastic, whereas the newer ones have three. So this is the older style, but they work fine. I am actually impressed with how well the strip holds, because I even wore it swimming, and it continued to hold until I manually removed it. It came off relatively easily. Having gone through literally thousands of these strips in my life, my opinion is that this is a good product, and worth the price. Read more
