I had to review cautiously because this will only help depending what your issue is or what's causing the snoring. Mine and my boyfriends snoring, comes from 2 different issues that require adjustments or surgery. HOWEVER, if my nose is clogged due to other reasons or I need the airways opened more from other reasons, this is helpful. Stickiness also depends on prep. If your face is caked in make up or greasy, it probably won't stay. Wash your face thoroughly first, maybe use alcohol on the spot and let dry, then apply. The size is ok. I've been told by my boyfriend that my snoring gets really bad some nights, so I ordered these to help with the problem (as well as keep some on-hand for the occasional cold). I was impressed with the strength of these strips right out of the box, as they immediately and firmly stuck to my skin. Right away, I noticed less pressure in my nose and I could breathe easier. I have a small nose, so these felt a bit large on my face, but that didn't impact anything other than aesthetic. One corner of the strip was lifting by the time I woke up (~7 hours later), but overall it was still attached and working. (Side-note, the skin around my nose does get oily and I didn't wash my face immediately before applying, so you might get full adhesion through the night otherwise.) Removal was only mildly uncomfortable, less than peeling off a Band-Aid, and there was no agitation on my skin afterwards, or any sticky residue, which is a big plus. My boyfriend confirmed he didn't notice any snoring from me that night, so this was a win! Well I have a problem with snoring and breathing at night as I get daily congestion at night but this nose strips have provided me with relief I needed but it doesn’t cure or get rid of the issue completely but it does help as my wife has noticed that I don’t snore as much. They are easy to use. The strips do have a strong adhesive as they last through most of the night but the edges do unstick by the time I wake up so they are comparable to the breathe right brand in quality, size effectiveness and price as you only get 4 less in the other brand. Good stickiness, size appropriately for adults. Can be a little harsh on the skin depending on your skin sensitivity. It definitely does its job of opening up your nasal passages though. Like that it comes 30 in a pack, but I do feel like it’s a bit expensive at about nine dollars. Read more

This was for a pack of thirty. I don't tend to use strips nightly. Just when clogged up. I have used several versions over the years. The important things I have always came back to are, does it stick, open my nose and come off without ripping said nose off. These are probably about middle of the pack for stickiness I have tried. I find that if I wash and dry my nose before they stick well. I get the occasional partial band raise by morning. That is typical for me though, unless I get the super sticky ones. Flex of the band is decent. Opens up my sinuses but not to the point of being uncomfortable. So, definitely helps with the breathing. Lastly, they do tug some on me. Though, not nearly as bad as some I have. I do get a little reside that seems to wash off fairly easily. Hopefully, that helps if you use these.
