So I'm always looking to find a nice breathing strip to bring us both some relief. They have helped prevent my partner from snoring so much, which is a win for both of us. I also tried these for myself as I recently had a lingering cold and was finding it hard to breathe well at night. The first strip didn't stick, I think because I put it on too soon after moisturizer. Once I cleaned and dried my nose, it adhered smoothly and I was pleased to find in the morning that it was still there (and still had quite a bit of grip left when I peeled it off, so it seems these could stay on quite a while). Even though there was still some grip left, it didn't hurt to remove them and didn't irritate my skin. I felt like I got more restful sleep while wearing these. The neon color is fun; I hoped they would glow in the dark but that was not the case. You get 60 strips, which works out to about 25 cents per strip at the current price, an affordable amount. This review is for the Neon Performance Nasal Strips. It comes with 2 packs of 30 (60 total) strips. The directions say to peel of the neon backing paper and apply just above where nostrils flare. The adhesive strip is supposed to lift your nostrils up to open up your nasal passage. I have allergies and use Flonase. These nasal strips did NOT seem to increase the air flow of my nose, but the adhesion was adequate. I would say these are probably comparable to Breathe Right strips. Read more

We used these nasal strips to help us breathe through swollen sinuses. We used two types of generic strips from a drug store that did not have very wide “boning” in them. These are super sticky and stay on for multiple days if necessary. Make sure your nose is dry and oil-free before use. The glue does not remain on the skin after pulling this off, and the boning in the center is the same width, mainly throughout the entire strip. The nose bridge is both bendable and strong, putting good pressure on the nostrils opening, rather than smashing the middle to stay flat. These nasal strips will work for most nose sizes. These nasal strips do what they're supposed to—they open up my nose so I can breathe a little easier during my workouts. The adhesive is pretty good; they stayed on even when I got really sweaty. I didn't notice any huge difference in my performance, but I did feel like I was taking in more air. They're also a bright neon green, which is a bit much but not a big deal. Overall, they're fine. I like these nasal strips. First of all the color is super cool looking. And they do the job. When my nose feels stuffy and plugged from allergies, these are so helpful. If applied correctly, they do a great job of opening your nostrils to allow you to breathe more freely through your nasal passages. I especially use these at bedtime, it helps me breathe more comfortably at night. It is a good stickiness to last throughout the night, but not too sticky where it hurts to remove it in the morning.
