So this is how everyone breathes?! Wow. I have seasonal allergies and some drainage when I go on runs. Always thinking I can’t get oxygen like I need to make those long run distances get what they need. I wanted to try strips. These are very inexpensive and work like a charm. Best nasal strips I have ever used. The oil blotting sheets that accompany them work extremely. I used to wash my nose with soap and water, blot dry, and apply the nasal strips, only to have them come loose during the night. Just blotting with the sheets removes the oils and allows the nasal strips to stay put for at least 8 hours. Read more
