Not only did these not work very well to increase air going into my nose they also adhered so strongly even 8 hours later that I cried trying to get it off and spent the next few hours picking leftover adhesive off my nose. Pros: Perfect little travel tin to keep them in; cute, sparkly, hot pink strips; strongly adheres to nose Cons: Strips are considerably shorter than all others I have used; adherent is so strong that I literally ripped a quarter inch piece of skin off the bridge of my nose and it bled! I now put a dab of lotion on the very bridge of my nose before applying to keep it from happening again. Update: This is the second time a thin layer of skin has literally been ripped off my nose!
