i bought this for my husband because he is a heavy equipment mechanic and is constantly on the go and doesn’t always have access to a microwave. i looked at a few different brands before i decided to buy this one. it came with a wall outlet and a car plug, he has only used the car plug so far and he has had it for 2 months. it great cause i can pack left over dinner in it and all he does is plug it in and he has a hot lunch on the go. i gave it for stars because it does take a long time to heat up (hunny said about an hour) so he has to take that in consideration before he wants to eat. i sometimes put tin foil around the food (chicken wings) to be reheated so that it doesn’t burn if he forgets it’s on. it’s super easy to clean and he has been very happy to not have sandwiches everyday.
