Having a dairy sensitivity, this wonderful, little machine has allowed me to easily make delicious ice cream using a soy milk base. It is very simple to use, functions very well, and so far, quite durable. The freeze time before creating the actual ice cream is 24 hours, which is standard. I purchased this refurbished in 2024 for my parents. They never used it and gave it back to me whan I was there last week. I took it to my DIL and it does not work. I am unable to get product support at all. Very disappointed. I know it has been a while but it would be nice to at least report the problem. Read more

This is a lot of fun to use! My daughter wanted it and I was skeptical because of the price. We bought it and I think I had more fun making things than she did! Since I cut out sugar (processed), I use this to make fruit ice cream. I use 1/2 and 1/2 and fresh fruit. The banana ice cream is wonderful and so creamy!
