Easy to assemble handle. Have used this pan for breakfast almost everyday since it arrived. As instructions state do not use high heat and I was surprised how well the meals cooked. Cleaning was a breeze with no stuck residue. This pan is a keeper Read more

Conclusion: Yes, this is a very nice pan, I recommend it. Story: I got this as a promotion, and I was very interested in trying it because I had been curious about ceramic pans for quite a while. When the box came and I realized the handle had to be assembled to the pan (clearly to save on shipping/packaging), I immediately became skeptical about it's quality. I had already read about the pan and how its ceramic coating was supposed to be the ultimate in non-stick, and how its all-metal handle was supposed to remain cool, and how it was supposed to be metal-utensil-safe... So when I saw the handle had to be attached, I was more than a bit disappointed. To my knowledge, riveted pans were a sign of high quality. The box contains everything you need to attach the handle. It only requires two nuts, but the box includes 4; I guess in case you lose one, or one gets lost down the road? It also comes with a small wrench to tighten the nuts with. It appears the threaded studs on the pan are only friction welded to the pan, which is fine, just don't get carried away tightening them. You don't want to rip them out of the pan. Use the little wrench included in the kit and you'll be fine. Ok, so like I said I was both excited and skeptical to try it so I washed it and put it straight to the ultimate test (in my book anyway), could it cook an egg over-medium, without sticking, while the pan was left dry; no butter, no oil, no nonstick spray, nothing... just a dry pan. I cracked the egg and dropped it into the pan, it immediately began cooking.. but when I noticed the little remnants of egg white off to the side began to turn brown and appear to stick, I was convinced it wasn't going to work, and that I had just wasted an egg. I let it cook a couple more minutes then I grabbed the spatula and gave it a shot. I was SHOCKED to see the egg lift right off the pan so effortlessly that I couldn't tell anything was even on the spatula! I grabbed my phone real quick and snapped a couple pics. Super, super, impressive! It definitely passed my test and I'll be getting more of these pans soon. And the claims about the handle staying cool, yup, that was true too. The only part of the handle that gets uncomfortable is right up at the very base of the "Y." Everywhere else on the handle remains cool to the touch; I'm not sure how they achieve this, but it's also impressive. Yup, this is a great pan. Read more

I just received my Non Stick, 8 inch, Stainless Steel Ceramic Skillet by CADIVIZZO this week. I'm very impressed! Let me explain. After unboxing, the handle must be attached. Hardware & a wrench is included to get this done properly & quickly. The pan itself is beautiful. It has a mosaic pattern & texture on the frying surface. I've not seen anything quite like it before. My included pics should give you a feeling for this. After washing of course, I quickly sauteed some sausage and it cooked great! Quickly and evenly. This pan and its surface are PFAS PFOA PTFE Free & Non-Toxic, which was my primary purpose in ordering this pan. There are too many dangers & unknown dangers associated with most non-stick surfaces available today. This pan is safe because it doesn't have any harmful chemicals which are known to be toxic to humans. I really like that! The pan is well packed in a fitted box and a plastic sleeve. Instruction page is included, printed in English & German, although the pan is manufactured in China. The coating on the pan is described as "Premium Ceramic Non-Stick" which gives me confidence that it is safe for my family. The stainless steel construction is very solid and the pan has a great feel to it. Even the handle is polished stainless steel and ergonomically fits the hand very well. Washing up after cooking was easy-Peezy! Although the stainless steel construction will allow washing in the dishwasher, hand washing is recommended to extend the longevity. This pan is also oven safe for temperatures up to 482 degrees and is compatible for Electric, Gas and Induction Stovetops. I'm not sure what else you could want in an 8" sauté frying pan. This one has it all and definitely has exceeded my expectations. I happily give this review of this Ceramic Skillet by CADIVIZZO a full FIVE STARS! Read more

Firstly, it’s beautiful and incredibly well crafted. The stainless steel is solid, not like some things that are made from cheap stainless. The inside of the pan has a unique finish that is gorgeous and functional…keeps food from sticking, enables use of metal tools, tho I will not do that much…mostly when I need a skinny edge to gently turn something. It cooks like a dream…heats quickly and evenly with minimal heat. This has quickly become one of my two favorite pans, tho the other is a saucepan. This morning. I made my husband one of his favorite breakfast sandwiches, which is a fried egg with melted cheese, on turkey. I decided to do the test thing and not use any butter or oil, just to see how it would go. Well, it was amazing sauce! The egg was easy to turn, then once the cheese had been melted on the egg, it just came right on out of the pan, no muss, no fuss. There was one tiny bit of egg residue, which when I touched it lightly with my finger, just fell off. Yesterday, I heated some pumpkin squash with some butter and spices, and it was like cooking with a dream. Nothing stuck to the pan. For the quality, the value is reasonable. I would love to get a 10” pan in this style, as it’s the size I use most, tho my 8” bit the dust a long time ago, so am very happy to have one back, let alone one that is so wonderful. If you’re considering this pan, stop it right now and just buy it already. You won’t be sorry. Read more
