I’ve used this new skillet 3 times now to make omelettes. The product functions perfectly. My only issue was that you must assemble the skillet yourself and mine was missing the nuts that hold the handle onto the side of it. Fortunately, I found two nuts that fit in the toolbox in my garage; problem solved! Read more

Purchased first time, glass lids defective/crack/bubble. Got a replacement. Same issue. Either was used or just poor quality glass. Two of the 3 lids had either a scratch or a chip in it. Call me crazy, but going to try purchasing a 3rd time. Hopefully the next received is a good one. Read more
Though I have had the pan only a short time, I am very pleased with the functionality... moderate heat produces nicely browned grilled cheese, steaks, burgers, pancakes. Eggs cook up nicely, whether it is scrambled eggs or sunny side up. That it comes with a lid is a nice plus. One feature that many might not consider all that important is that there are no rivet heads inside the pan.... I see that as a nice feature that makes cleaning the pan easier. Because the heat retention is so good, it takes attention to the heat setting on the stove, but I made the adjustment quickly. Read more
