Ordered this to replace a 12” pan that has seen many years of heavy use. This pan is not a 12” the top edge light measure 11” and the bottom is no bigger then my current 10” pan. It’s essentially useless to me as a pan. It’s super thin making it light weight(my wife likes the weight) but heat transfers very quickly and burns food even on medium temps fast. Stuff still sticks to this pan. I got this pan based on price and reviews. I will never order another one and I’m probably going to be throwing this out very shortly as it is just taking up room. I have zero positive things to say about this pan. If you enjoy cooking or don’t but still cook every day or even a couple times a week. I would stay far away from this pan. It’s not worth the scrap value of metal. I would give negative stars if I could. Read more

Great uniform heating. Great for burgers, sausage and bacon. Cleans up well. Only knock is that the grid pattern of the surface traps bits of scrambled eggs so they don’t slide freely. Would buy again. Read more

Worst frying pan I ever bought! Everything sticks to it even though I seasoned it first per instructions. Cleaning is a nightmare. Food sticks everywhere. My only positive is that it felt well balanced and was packaged well. Read more

This pan sucks. I can’t believe the good reviews for it. Definitely not non-stick. Try cooking bacon then eggs in the same pan then and let me know how that goes. Also, when I put the pan together, I oiled it rubbing it with olive oil with a paper towel. All this black stuff came off on the paper towel. What’s that all about? Read more

It would be 5 star if the pan were actually 12". From one edge of the very outer lip to the other it's only 11 1/2" which does make the actual cooking surface smaller than I was looking for. Other than that, it's a great pan. After opening it and attaching the handle, I washed it, and cooked eggs in it. I put a little drizzle of oil in the pan, heat on low and let it warm up for a couple of minutes while I was cracking and beating eggs. The eggs cooked up beautifully in under 2 minutes. They didn't stick at all. I like the way the pan looks. It's flat and worked perfectly on my glasstop stove. Overall I'd say it was worth the price. I do wish they offered a bigger pan though.
