Excellent 7 inch frying pan. I really like this size for personal cooking, omelets, preparing contents of larger recipes, and breakfast is the best in this pan! This is a real good frying pan that can be used both on induction surface and gas. It comes with stool to assemble the handle. This has a long handle which prevents any hand burns. Tried this to cook several items (eggs, chicken, omelette etc) with and without oil. Cleaning is very easy as you can see from the photos. Once I accidentally burned an omelette. It soaked it on hot water for 20 minutes and clear . all the stains went away. This is a medium weight pan which reduces fatigue while lifting and flipping.
