Selenium is a very important supplement that keeps your thyroid operating properly. It also has many other uses throughout your body that keep you healthy definitely seen an improvement on my blood test once I incorporated selenium into my routine. Simple, Affordable Selenium Supplement
I picked up the NOW Foods selenium tablets to round out my daily supplement routine, and they’ve been very easy to stick with. The 100 mcg dose feels reasonable for me, and the tablets are small and easy to swallow—no weird aftertaste, which I really appreciate.
