Purchased pair of Beyond Bright LED Ultra-Bright Garage Lights in March 2022, which were delivered April 6, 2022; hence the Amazon return window ended on May 6, 2022. Put them into use immediately in garage, both lights on same circuit. One failed completely near end of September 2022, so it lasted barely over 5 months. These were used indoors in a garage, and were not used very often, or for very long periods of time. Numerous attempts to contact manufacturer (Ontel) went unanswered. Packing box clearly states unit is "Durable and Long Lasting" and "Lasts 30+ years," but that is not a warranty - only false advertising. While working, the light was fine and I was satisfied, however as it does not live up to its claim of being long lasting, and as Ontel Customer Services has not responded to my requests for assistance, replacement, exchange, or refund, I cannot recommend this product. For the price paid compared to its performance, this light is vastly overpriced. Buy a cheaper brand with good reviews and don't expect that it will last forever. Or purchase locally where you can return item to store if it fails. Although LED light manufacturers claim that LED lights are an economic alternative to incandescent or fluorescent lighting, their relative high price and questionable reliability contradicts any claims of economy.
