I have been using this for months and now my hair, skin and nails are greatly improved. There is no flavor in this one. It can go in yogurt, milk, coffee with creamer, or just plain water. So I night this because my friend has been drinking it & she swears that her nails aren't brittle like before, her hair loss has stopped & overall her body feels good at age 58. Also she says that it helps her go to the restroom much more comfortably not like laxative more like a stool softener. I need this because of my nails being so brittle & starting to lose some hair at age 52, plus all my body aches. And suffer from constipation for medication. I have purchased this product two times. I like that it has pre and probiotics. BUT the second container had a weird smell that's hard to describe, like sour and musky when I opened it and gives a slight bad taste to my coffee. Im a dedicated Orgain fan at this point and use a few of their products. That being said, this is my favorite by far. I use it in my morning coffee every day. My hair, skin and nails show visible improvements. My gut health though! I am regular now and no longer have gas! I know that sounds crazy but the pre and pro biotics in this collagen have greatly improved my gut health and part of that is no more gas! I do eat mostly healthy, home cooked food but that includes, raw onion, garlic, cabbage, spicy stuff... all gas causing foods without a good gut biome! This is an absolute in my daily health journey! It may have been good at what it did but the taste was so horrible we had to stop. We called this our “gross drink“ and would have to down it so that we didn’t throw up. It literally smells and tastes like rotten cheese. Almost wondered if it was rotten. Read more
