I put this in my coffee every day. You cannot tell the difference as far as taste or texture. I have noticed an improvement in my skin health, my nails are stronger, my hair growth has increased and my joints don't seem to hurt as much! Have bought this items a few times and loved it. This time it has a taste and smell which isnt great. Not sure if it was a batch issue or manufacturing defect but had to throw away. Total waste of money. Next time I’ll consider buying direct from manufacturer if this is an Amazon issue since I’ve been reading that there are fakes in protein powder. I’ve been using this for about 2 months now, I don’t really notice any difference. I was hoping it would help with my acne but it doesn’t seem to be doing much. Ive noticed it’s very hard to mix with cold drinks, it becomes lumpy and very sticky. It’s much easier to mix with hot and warm drinks.
