It is also very good if you are eating low carbohydrate, add a few spoonfuls to fresh whipped cream. It is not very good in plain water, tastes like bones. Best to add it to something with a stronger flavor. It has a nice chocolatey flavor, but really needs the addition of milk, coffee, or both. I have very dry skin because my hands are in dishwater many times a day. Having this collagen in my daily routine helps my hands heal from cracking and drying out.
