I use this religiously. I can honestly notice the difference in my neck and shoulders with the inflammation and pain. When I first started taking it I thought I could notice a difference, but figured it was psychological. Nothing ever helps me. I stopped after the first container and noticed I got worse again. (I do couple it with a tumeric/cucummin supplement I also get from Amazon.) This dissolves very easily in my morning coffee, not as well in a cold drink. No taste, can not tell it is in my coffee. I've also used it in tea. It's perfect. This brand and size is the best value I have found. Does not suppress appetite for me. Dissolves well in hot water. I add it to my coffee every morning and its a great tasteless way to add protien to your diet. I've also noticed my nails are stronger and my hair a little less brittle after adding this to my diet for the past few months. As a bonus it also has pre & probiotics in the formula.
