Great Inserts

Great inserts at a great price. I wear an 11 1/2 M and the 11-12 fit perfectly. Make sure you remove whatever flimsy insole is in your current shoes, don't put these on top of them, replace them. If you've never worn an insert with a metatarsal "bump" it may take a little getting used to. But you WILL get used to it. That's the reason I bought these in the first place, metatarsal pain on the treadmill. These do the job. I do an hour of HIIT treadmill training 4 days a week and these have held up great after about 3 months of use. I have 3 pair of shoes I use on the treadmill (you shouldn't use the same pair over and over) and I just switch the inserts out, easy. I could just buy another 2 pair but these are holding up great, there's really no reason to do that. The arch support and heel cup are also comfortable. Read more
