They are good if one can feel good with the inserts. I had to remove them. The problem was when I bought, I had to buy 1 size higher (11 instead of correct size of 10) and used them with inserts. However, the inserts started giving me problem of muscle pain in the legs. I had to remove. Now when I remove the inserts, they became loose. Read more
