As perhaps most of us, I've tried a host of things to address my painful feet...after, for me, the requisite procrastination period. Stretching, ice, a variety of insoles. I eventually found an insole that worked for "around the house," but the one for outside would only work for a short time. Now, I'm trying this one. Thus far, it's working great for walking for a moderate length of time (30 minutes), as it provides the arch support as well as the heel support that my feet need. They also slid in to my shoes without needing to be trimmed, a first. I am very hopeful about this product, so far it's been excellent. Read more

Great for metatarsalgia. Takes pressure off of ball of foot. A little stiffer cushion than I like but definitely helped. Read more

I’ve been struggling with some foot pain for quite a while, and it was really beginning to affect my second toe, causing it to rise up and have extreme pain. The little ball in these inserts lifts up the center of my foot and takes pressure off that toe. That combined with a wider fit shoe make spending all day on my feet a doable thing now. The only reason I’m giving it four stars is because $75 is a lot of money. It’s a hassle to keep pulling the inserts out and putting them into other pairs of shoes every time I go out. I’d love to have another four of these but $300 is a lot of money IMO. Read more

These inserts have helped me immensely. I have lost padding from the bottoms of my feet and these inserts are helping distribute the pressure and weight when I walk. The metatarsal pad is key! Read more

I recently hurt the bottom of my foot, the metatarsal area and was looking for something to help me walk with the pain. This seemed like the best option based on reviews to help decrease my pain. The item however was so wide for each and every one of my shoes that I had to return it. I trimmed the top of the insole but you can’t trim the sides. It seemed quite sturdy tho but unless you have super wide shoes it may not fit. Read more

I need both arch and metatarsal support, and these inserts provide both. I put them inside an older pair of Skechers with a larger toe box. I had to cut them down to fit the 9 1/2 shoes. The inserts take a while to feel comfortable, so I used them only 2-4 hours the first several days. Once I did that, they are now quite comfortable, and give my poor old feet all the support they need. Winner! Read more

Hard to fit in any shoe. Possibly because of the higher lift to give support. They won’t fit in any or my running shoes or walking shoes. I imagine they would fit in an Ugg Read more
