Great compression but awkward fit for women
I tried several arm sleeves to help manage my low grade rotator cuff tear. I tried products that heat up, vibrate/massage, hold ice packs, and none of them helped with the pain like this one. Unlike those neoprene sleeves, this knit material fits snuggly and comfortably around the shoulder, providing the support I needed to heal. It has also been great for me to wear while I do cardio and after my rehab sessions. I deducted one star because the strap is quite short if you are a woman’s. If you are busty it is hard to find a comfortable spot for the buckle. Above the girls leads to discomfort in the armpit. And because the strap is so short forget about trying to put it between and under your chest. I had to just tolerate the armpit discomfort because it helped my shoulder so much. Hopefully they will improve the design for women. Read more

XXL? Not.
Much Smaller then expected for xxl. Cross strap is elastic, useless and binds, scratches and pinches. Very poor construction. Sleeve weave is good but constrictive in places where the V forms. Read more
Not for women…
This shoulder brace is lightweight, supportive, and breathable — which is great for women in the throes of hot flashes. It would be five stars… if I were a man. While my breasts aren’t enormous, they’re large enough to completely change the fit. The shoulder sleeve works beautifully, but the strap offers three equally awkward choices: 1. Over the opposite breast – pushes it too high, making the cuff slide up and stop working. 2. Directly across the opposite breast – ouch. 3. Under the opposite breast – my choice, which results in one pointing up (thanks, strap) and one pointing down (thanks, sleeve)… like a pair of creepy lazy eyes. If it took female anatomy into account it would be five stars, because it’s cool, and effective. If you’re male, it’s probably comfortable too. If you’re female, you’ve been warned. Read more

Not made for women
These could be great but they just don't fit women's shoulders tight enough. I went by the size chart provided and bought an XXL but it was too big around the arm. Next I tried an XL and it wasn't a bit better but still not snug enough around the arm and was not anywhere near fitting on top of the shoulder area, even after tightening the strap. I tried the L and it actually fit my arm better but again the top of the shoulder was ridiculously loose. These are very clearly made for men. And the sizing chart is not accurate at all. It was definitely comfortable but I don't think it would work for frozen shoulder like I had hoped it would. Read more
