This is my SECOND @Otter @Alpha Flex screen protector for my iPhone that I've purchased. They claim to have a "This is your precision installation kit". The first screen protector I installed I could not get the bubbles out of the bottom of the protector and eventually about a quarter of the screen protector was loose at the bottom. After using it for about 3 weeks I took a closer look and realized the screen protector extended beyond the bottom edge of the glass onto the iPhone's metal frame. I figured, "Ok, my fault, I screwed up". I ordered a second screen protector. I followed the instructions (which are well clear and well-written) and placed my phone in the "box" provided. The box extends at the bottom and has a rubber band installed to keep tension on the lower part of the box, presumably to keep the phone tight in the installation box. Before peeling off the cover, I placed the hole at the top part of the protector to the tab on the top part of the box and noticed the bottom of the protector, again, was extending beyond the bottom of the screen and the space at the top of the screen seemed large. OK, maybe it is the thickness of the cover that is causing the issue. I removed the adhesive as instructed in step three and, again, secured the protector to the tab. I carefully used the enclosed application squeegee to move from the top of the protector to the bottom and, again, noted that the protector extended beyond the glass and there were air bubbles. I removed the liner from the glass as directed in step 6 and the bubbles that had been in my first screen installation were present, not good. I tried to press them out with the squeegee, but I could not clear them. I removed the protector and placed it back into the "Precision installation kit" to return to Amazon. I've been using Otter products for many, many years on tablets and phones and I've never experienced an issue except breaking off the belt attachments, but that has been on me. I must say I like the old style of case with the screen protector part of the case. It never gave me any sensitivity issues with the touchscreen. This is one, and the only, Otter product that I can say "DON'T BUY" at least not for the iPhone 14. Read more

Excellent glass screen and application tool. I was a little nervous to receive this screen after talking to coworkers. It was my first time applying a protective screen to my phone and they all warned me that I should have purchased a two-pack because I was bound to screw it up at least once. The joke is on them because the installation kit allowed me to apply the screen perfectly. Honestly, this screen protector looks significantly better than the screen protector installed by the Verizon rep when I bought the phone.
