This works great and the attachments are super heavy duty. You can tell they are great quality and I love that it came with a brush to help clean them out. I was worried they’d be hard to clean but with the brush it came with it was easy! I love how simple it is to switch the size and thickness of the pasta, we will not go back to store bought. I have been a pasta making fool since I got this. I love that the attachments are separate and I can use what I need when I need it. They saved me a lot of time, and the fit was perfect for my KitchenAid. These were a great value and money well spent. I have wanted pasta attachments for so long and finally got them A+++ They are super easy to use. They have a small dial that you just turned to the thickness that you would like and just run your pasta dough through and Walla you have pasta, and I clean them by running them through my dishwasher and then letting them dry out before putting them away and that works very well for me. I am new to pasta making and after making my first batch by hand with a rolling pin, I vowed to get the kitchen aide attachments. GAME CHANGER. Sorry rolling pin, but you are fired for this job. Making pasta is so much fun. In today’s world of “guess what we put in your food” I know what I put into it. For anyone wanting to trying making pasta, go this route. In less than 1 hour, which includes 30 minute resting time for the dough, you will have delicious homemade pasta. Have fun. I recommend these attachments if you have the KitchenAid mixer.
