Great pillow. Hard to find a pillow thats not too high but also not too low...also not to soft but not to firm. Its a struggle but cervical Pillows really do indeed help alot. It supports my neck and also gives my head a place to rest. My boyfriend was stealing my other one so I bought this one and it works just as well!.
