These Nasal Strips are honestly one of those small purchases that makes a big difference. They’re drug-free, easy to apply, and they actually open up your nose right away—you can feel the airflow improve within seconds. I mainly use them for sleep, and they’ve helped a lot with nighttime congestion and reducing snoring. I wake up feeling more rested because I’m breathing better through the night. The adhesive is strong enough to stay on all night, but it removes cleanly in the morning without hurting or leaving a sticky mess. I have mixed feeling on these. The adhesive is strong, much better than the name brand I used to use that would loosen up overnight as I have an oily T-zone, and even with washing before application, they'd be half off by morning. The adhesive on these is much better... a bit too much. It was slightly painful at the top of the nose near the bridge when I took it off. The other thing I noticed is that it actually feels like it's closing my nose when it's fully attached, so I loosen it over the nostril area and it's perfect- clear breathing and doesn't feel constricting anymore. I think that if I cut these long-ways, they will work better for me, and last twice as long as a pack. Read more
