Vivo en Costa Rica, la compré porque me encanta hacer café todos los dias. Pero mi gran sorpresa cuando me llegó la máquina de café Philips 3300 venia toda sucia, rayada, la tapa del deposito de café estaba quebrada, la cucharita de la medida para el café molido estaba quebrada. No trae los instructivos originales. Aún así la limpie y la pude usar solamente 3 veces y ya no sirve. Esto es una estafa, un robo, jamás compren algo reparado. Estoy seguro que cuando la compré no decía que era reparada, si lo hubiera sabido JAMÁS la hubiera comprado. Read more
Great machine. Would buy again.
We love this machine. It has a slight learning curve to get started, but we were up and running quickly. It makes great coffee, lattes, and cappuccinos. I dropped it to four stars, simply because I wish the portion size was a larger for a regular cup of coffee. No big deal, I just make two cups. I had considered the 5500, but it was hard to justify spending that much. Read more
Love this machine so far!
This has been one of our favorite purchases. We put in whole coffee beans and let the machine make us an espresso or macchiato with the press of a button. The way the milk cup comes apart so you can clean it is nothing short of brilliant. You no longer need wire brushes to clean inside tubes this separates and is easily cleanable in the sink with a sponge. If I had any negatives, it would be that the water reservoir is relatively small so normally every two days I refill up the water reservoir and clean out the water tank at the bottom and clean out the grounds. It only takes a minute so nothing too difficult. Read more
