This little fan seriously packs a punch! I wasn’t expecting much, but I was blown away—literally. It has 5 speed settings, so you can adjust the airflow to exactly what you need, and even on the lower settings, it moves a good amount of air. On the highest setting, it’s impressively powerful for such a compact fan. It also runs quieter than I expected—even on the higher speeds, the noise is minimal and not distracting at all. As other reviews have stated, this fan can blow hard! It has 5 speed settings. Settings 3-5 get louder, so not discreet. But if you need a quick cool off or are outdoors, this is a great little fan. I like the softness of the plastic, it's the velvety feeling type. I also like the color. Off white but not leaning to the ugly beige side. I've kept it charged so can't attest to battery life yet but we've used it on high for a good while and it was functioning at full power. Would recommend! Read more

This ToTopPioneer portable fan is an inexpensive answer to sitting at the July 4th parade in the sweltering south. I like the nicely enclosed backside which will help prevent my longer hair from being pulled into the fan. I have a second fan that my daughter uses, but this ToTopPioneer has the added benefit of easy shut off. I like that one long press of the button turns the fan off; no need to cycle through all five speeds before shutoff. Her fan has a much narrower area of air flow, but this fan has a wider area of breeze which I actually prefer. Air flow is adequate, but it’s a little wimpy at the very lowest speed. I’m a little concerned that this is hard plastic and will easily shatter if dropped, but for this very reasonable price, I would merely replace. My other question is whether this is required to be packed in a carryon for flights, as the battery is rechargeable. I can’t find anywhere if the battery is a lithium iron (TSA has gotten stricter about not allowing them those in checked bags), so that might be a concern for someone packing with limited space to fly for the beach. This is a fairly compact little fan with 5 levels. It works its way up to a pretty decent wind. Obviously, the more blowing, the louder it gets, but it's actually still fairly quiet. I've had other fans that were louder. The head of the fan is a little wider, but overall the entire fan is still compact enough to pop into a bag or purse. It charged up quickly and has held its charge for a while (on medium fan). Good price too. Read more
