I already returned the product and got my money back, which I am very happy about, but I am disappointed because the pictures were very conceiving. It does not blow cool air at all. I don’t know what state people live in, but if we live in a really hot area like Texas or Arizona this will not work for you. I live in Milwaukee And still this product did not do much for me when it was at its hottest, even though it’s not hot as other states, I don’t suggest buying this just buy a regular AC unit or air conditioning from the stores sorry to say, but these portable fans are not gonna do crap for the heat. I ordered this fan for my son to keep in his dorm room at school and we are so impressed by the quality and by all of the features. The fan has a remote control, 3 speed settings, cool LED lights, and can also be used with ice water to really cool down the temperature. It’s so convenient to use because it’s quiet, small, and is a powerful fan. The fan uses a USB cable for easy power compared to using a household plugs.
