This is a basic window kit that works better than the original. When I opened the package, I only found the hose. I jumped on Amazon and saw that others had this same issue. I clicked on return item - feeling irritated that I didn't have what I needed. As I examined the hose, sitting there in the box all by itself, I realized that all the other parts were inside the large hose (the cheese in under the sauce). This is highly adjustable and and should last for some time. Read more
