I bought this machine about 3 weeks ago and I can say I am impressed with the results I am seeing. We have a new puppy and of course, there have been "accidents". This carpet cleaner is just what I needed and exceeded my expectations. I only have 3 area rugs and I didn't think they were that soiled until my little pug let a poop, I stepped in it then she stepped in it and yuck. Rugs are dark color so it blended in and thats why the rugs didnt look so dirty. When I was cleaning it up I realized just how dirty my area rugs are. So I decided to try a small carpet cleaner.
