I've owned other small machines similar to these and their performance was always marginal. Was skeptical of this one but picked it up on sale with a big discount and thought I would try it on a white couch that was very dirty. I was surprised how well it worked and cleaned. It does have excellent suction, much more than the other similar models on the market I have tried. Considering the big discount I got, it's an excellent value for the money but even if I paid the normal price would have been happy with my purchase based on the ease of use and results. This unit is highly portable and easy to set up and use. It comes with a small bottle of detergent and based on the dirty water in the return tank, can attest works well. The unit appears well made and quality construction and assembly. Time will tell how well it fares with use. I feel this unit is superior to many of the other similar units on the market and would highly recommend. No issues or any cons I can report. I’m really happy with this cleaner. I originally bought it to clean my couch and the carpeted steps in my house, especially around the front door where there’s a lot of traffic from the kids going in and out. It does a really good job lifting dirt and freshening up areas that get dirty fast. It’s easy to grab and use whenever I need it, so I find myself using it more than I expected. I’ve also used it on my car seats and floor areas, and it made a big difference. The suction is strong enough to pull up spots and stains, and everything looks refreshed after using it. What I like most is how convenient it is. I don’t have to drag out a big machine just to clean small areas. It’s quick, simple, and gets the job done. After using it, my couch, steps, and car all look much cleaner and almost like new again. I am super impressed with this little machine! My poor dog got sick and he vomited all over my very large couch, in multiple places. This little machine got ALL of it out! All of it! My house smells so much better! It also got out a red wine stain from my rug that I have washed multiple times, with no luck getting it out and just like that, *poof*, it's gone! I love that it is light weight, even with water in it, super easy to clean and is small, so it fits right under my kitchen sink. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is the button to spray water got stuck a few times, so it was only trickling water and holding it down hurt my arthritis, but after a minute started going again. Works extremely well helped get an old pet urine stain up out of a washable rug. It's a fairly large one and taking it to the laundry mat doesn't do a good enough job since it's so big. Love the small size easy for storage and out of the way. I wish the tanks were a little bit bigger but not an issue overall. Read more

I bought this Portable Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner (15KPa) as a last-ditch hope and dream, not expecting much. At that point, the stain had been sitting in the carpet for 5 days, and I figured all hope was lost. To my complete surprise, this little guy came through in a BIG way. The stain came out almost instantly. No heavy scrubbing, no endless passes. I was so impressed that I went around and cleaned some of our furniture too. With a simple pretreat and just two passes, it pulled out stains that I didn’t even realize were still there. For its size, this thing is an absolute beast.
