TLDR: This is the ONE, just get it I honestly didn't know they made exercise/yoga mats this comfortable!! I randomly found this mat in a hotel gym of all places. They had this hanging on the wall and I was blown away by the quality of it when I tried it. The mat is thick, firm and supportive enough to support your full weight sitting, laying down down or standing, but also somehow extremely soft and comfortable. I don't know how to describe it. It just feels so much better to lay on than so many other mats I've tried. I've been to many gyms so I've tried a lot. This is HANDS DOWN the best by far. It's a little pricey but worth EVERY PENNY. I almost didn't want to write this review for fear of word getting out, it blowing up and the price going up bc I will probably buy another one in the future! It's THAT good. I read some other reviewers mention a chemical smell but mine didn't have that I could tell. Smelled the same as any other new yoga/exercise mat and even that dissipated within a day. Read more

I first used this yoga mat at a hotel gym during a recent road trip. It was so nice that I bought one for home. It's thick but not too thick. One side has 14 yoga poses printed on it and the other side has body weight exercises. None of these poses are new to me but I find the visuals helpful. When I want to focus on a particular area, I just scroll through the diagrams and hit the ones that target the area I'm interested in. I have a couple of mats but this one is my favorite. Read more

This is a higher quality mat; thicker and more cushioned and even has a carry case. It shows a good set of core exercises. I have it to my 90-year-old mom who has osteoporosis and still does cardio and floor exercises faithfully every morning. Will probably get one for myself. Read more
