To charge battery base, be sure to turn other direction. Has regular USB on one end and mini usb other, it took me too long to notice the mini usb for charging. I “dummy me” bought a usb plug in adapter with mini usb port to plus in. It runs for 5 min. I couldn’t figure out strap so I just hold it. Directions don’t explain. The near infra red and red light are on 3rd setting. My skin does look flush after 15 min. It warms up only slightly. Got great deal on Black Friday sale, I have wanted this item for a while. Stimulates cells and is good for hair growth or great skin. Would recommend. Nice storage box with magnetic flap lid. Read more

I love this face mask. I originally bought a different one and had to return it to get this one, so I was skeptical when this came but it’s fantastic. I love that you can use it while moving around, and all the fantastic modes it has. It’s also comfortable on the face and so easy to use. I definitely would recommend this. Read more

I bought the mask and after 2 times it stopped charging. It just doesn't work at all. I was still on time to return it or replace but either the seller or Amazon didn't want to help me with that so i' m left with broken mask without replacement. Just want to warn you , they sell broken stuff and the customer service is disgrace . Read more

Seems just ok so far after using for a month. I haven’t noticed a huge difference. I use it a few times a week. It feels nice and relaxing while I use it. I have used a more expensive product that was similar and that one showed more noticeable difference. I’ll give it more time. I do like that it doesn’t need to be plugged in while in use. The battery life is decent for a few uses before needing to be recharged. On the highest setting it does have a bit too much brightness that affects your eyes so I have to keep mine shut when I use it otherwise I find it bothersome. Read more
