pretty darn good cushion if you're a remote worker. Does not pancake under my 235 pounds and is very supportive. Have tested for nearly a month working 8+ hours a day and it is very comfortable. little tip, this will raise the height of your chair, so lower it slightly and you will be very comfortable. I had a great memory foam brand name chair but after 3 years that memory foam isn't as supportive as it used to be. this cushion will give you some back relief until another sale comes around for new chairs. Overall good quality product. More of a firmer memoryfoam. Good shape and size. Kind of felt like an adult booster seat as it has a good thickness to it, but not too much boost for a van seat, unless you're taller. It is a bit too firm for me personally as I enjoy more of a squish. This seat was comfortable, but the other one was the perfect squish for me. So I will be returning this item. But it is a good product and very supportive. The media could not be loaded. Let me start by saying that I paid full price for this item and was not given it in exchange for a 5 star review. This cushion earned the 5 stars all on its own! Honestly I was expecting much since I paid less than $20 but I have multiple medical issues that necessitate using some type of coccyx cushion when sitting on anything (chairs, wheelchairs, even fabric covered benches and ottomans) and I already own about 8 different kinds of cushions. I’ve tried (and still use the good ones) and many are pretty much identical to each other even though they boast different features and the listings look different. All of them are more expensive than this one (some significantly more expensive!). Recently I had to start weekly IV infusions and while they try to make the chemotherapy chairs as comfortable as possible any pressure on my tailbone and lower back is excruciating. Both sides of my pelvis are also fractured so I can’t lay one my side. This cushion is just the right height and density to take the pressure of of my coccyx (and lumbar/sacral area) while also having enough padding on each side for hips. It is wider than most of the cushions I own so if you have a particular chair or wheelchair in mine make sure you measure first. It also might not be ideal for very petite people. I’m about 5’7” 160 lbs but my great aunt who is 4’11” and 90 lbs soaking wet would be way too small to comfortably sit on this cushion. I can’t speak to whether it improves your posture why sitting because I have so many medical conditions that cause spinsl curvature that a cushion can provide support but definitely not alter my posture. I also can’t speak to the longevity of the product but it is very well made. The stitching is impeccable, the fabric is high quality, the material is sift, the zipper slides easily, and the handle is firmly attached. It’s honestly better quality than the $60-$80 cushions I’ve bought. It came nicely packaged with information about the company, the company’s founder, and customer service information in case you have any questions or issues. It has a 2 year warranty. I love that it has a removable cover that can be washed and even the inner foam material is covered in a waterproof material so you don’t have to worry about spills or accidents seeping in to the foam. I purchased a stupid expensive mesh chair that had the most uncomfortable seat. The manufacturer of said chair just refunded it & told me to keep it, and so my search for a comfy bum cushion was underway. I spent a couple hours researching and reading and decided upon this booty pillow. Upon arrival it's always fun for me to open the packages and watch these things spring to life. It has some pros and cons so let's begin. Pro- it's comfortable. I WFH 3 days a week, 8 hours a day so that's the .most important function. My Sciatica has not flared up since putting this glutaneous marshmallow to work. Some cons- it's tall, I mean really tall so I have to adjust my chair a little weirdly so it fits right. You have to hop in like a small child hopping into a booster seat at a restaurant. Its not very large around so it doesn't cover the chair seat so you have to do a wiggle dance to find the sweet spot. Once you find it, you don't want to get back up to pee or anything because the hop and wiggle dance will have to begin again. Overall, it does it's job, I'm not limping around with Sciatic issues anymore, I just wish it fit into the office chair seat like a standard tushion cushion, not a booty booster. So, I'm an expat living in Africa. To get there from Houston, it takes two plane rides - one 16hrs in the air, another for 6hrs. Before I got this, I was miserable and in pain (airplane seats are now so cheaply designed and made), even with frequently getting up to stretch my legs.
