The product itself is wonderful - it hydrates all day, is not greasy, mild scent and one 10oz lasted two months ( I use it every day, all over from my neck to my feet.) The only issue is there is quite a bit of lotion left in the bottle when the pump quits. Not a deal breaker but frustrating. The delivery packaging needs improvement. The first order came in an Amazon envelope. The lotion bottle came out of its box and the pump head was broken. It was replaced by Amazon and the second bottle came in the same blue and white Amazon envelope . The box a little banged up again but no damage to the bottle. Suggestions: ship in a box or easier -> tape the top of the lotion box so it doesn't open. Read more
