I have a difficult time sleeping on my back. I snore and often “snort” awake. I found that nasal strips help and this is a great brand. These strips are easy to apply, very comfortable and stay in place all night. I get great air flow and no more snoring. They work so well with sleep that I’m going to try them with workouts next. These stayed on my nose well but made my nose itch so much I had to remove them. They are listed as latex free so I am not sure what made them itch. I have used this type of product before with great success. You can use these for exercise and kids can use them if they have a larger nose. They help open your nasal passages so they can help with allergies but they will not stop the nose from running. I like the color as it makes it more fun to wear. Read more

I got these for my husband to try and he has sinus issues and snores a ton. He sounds like a freight train. Issue one he said was they did not change his breathing at all. He said his breathing remained the same when he put them on and did not change as the night went. Also at some point during the night the strip came off. Read more
