I get lower back pain a lot. The belt is easy to use. The Velcro is very strong. It gives you a lot of flexibility with size. Once you have it on, it’s very comfortable. The device itself is great. Perfect size to use on one hand, shoulder, knee, or other small area. The device works effectively. Although it has 5 settings, the manual doesn't explain them well. If you are familiar with red light therapy you'll probably be able to figure it out. My one other complaint is that the battery indicator is useless. It shows a battery indicator while it's plugged in and when it's running low, but there's no visual indication for HOW low or HOW full. The battery appears with three full squares (as shown in the picture) regardless of level of battery charge. Read more
