I love that it gently warms the area and that you can use it for multiple locations. Here is a picture of using it on my shoulder although i think against bare skin works best. Love the extension strap. Seems to be very good quality. Comfortable to use. Read more
My 13 year old son is 6ft and 215 pounds. He starts on the offensive line, defensive line, and is the long snapper. He also does shot put, discus and lacrosse. All this to say he is using and abusing his knees for several hours each day all year long and at such a young age, he is already experiencing knee pain. His trainer had him start wearing a brace to support his tibia, but we also started looking for other ways to support his knees.
