Helped me so much
This thing has really helped me so much! I have recently torn 2 rotate cuffs and have been in so much pain. It felt like it was taking forever to heal. My husband saw this listing and got this right away. I started using it every night since it arrived...often rotating sides. First couple of nights, I placed a slim ice pack in it. The compression really helped relieve the pain and the brace alone prevents me from doing more than I should because sometimes I forget that I shouldnt move as much. A week and half later, the pain stopped on both sides. It's well made and strong. I washed it before using it and it held up well in the washer. It's stitched well with no lose threads...even after washing. I have big arms and it fit perfect with the adjustable strap. Again, I was able to place an icepack inside and it held that well. It's comfortable to use and made me feel so much better almost instantly. This is well worth the cost. It worked great for me.
