I purchased both yellow and green resistance band rolls to use with my Pilates practice. The yellow is a bit stronger in resistance than the red TheraBand I had been using from my physical therapist last year. The green is slightly stronger than the yellow. The bands are latex-free so no horrid odor or excess powder coating. The rolls do come with a very light powder coating which my guess is to prevent them from sticking together on the roll. After the first use, I washed it by hand in cool water with Dr. Bronner's fragrance free liquid castile soap, rinsed then hung it over the shower rod to dry. It cleans up nicely and doesn't stick together afterward. I love that I can cut it to any length I need for my practice. I haven't used these bands for long so if anything changes I will update my review, but so far they are fantastic! Read more

If you use banding for rehab or just to exercise, this is very strong imo….It surpasses the black round stretchy, and also the flat green banding. I’m no muscle builder. I only use stretch banding to keep healthy and this is almost too much for me. I only use it for muscles that are the strongest. Read more
The resistance for these can compare to a green for theraband brand. So I would definitely not use these for beginners. They also broke after two or three uses. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Only gave 1 star because it was easy to cut other than that there would be ZERO stars. I am very disappointed with this item. After storing this item away for a while(as I’ve done other brands in the past) when I returned to it to use for a beginners class I was BEYOND EMBARRASSED! They ALL stuck together as if there was something sticky on them but after careful examining them there was nothing on them. I stored them in the same space I have done others but didn’t have that problem with the others. Way to late to send back especially after they have been cut!!!! Waste of money and made me look like a fool. Never purchasing this brand again!!!! Read more
