This rice cooker is ideal for small portions. I’ve owned several rice cookers over the years, and while this one is simple in every way, it does its job extremely well. I love the compact size—it’s lightweight, easy to store, and a breeze to clean. The rice doesn’t stick or burn. Overall, this small rice cooker is a must-have. Read more

I tried the pot as soon as it arrived and was very pleased. It cooked the rice quickly in about 15 minutes. It said to wait another 15 before opening but I waited about 10 minutes. I only made 1/4 cup dry rice and it was fluffy and fully cooked in such a short time. It was so nice to start it and walk away and not worry it would boil dry or stick to a pot on the stove. The pot was easy to wipe clean and nice and small to store away. Very pleased with this purchase It can cook up to 1.5 cups of dry rice I will probably only need to make 1/2 cup most days which is plenty for two people. Happy to have found this Read more

To decrease my intake of carbs I would now cook only half a cup of rice. It used to be I'd cook in a pot over the stovetop but I'd had to keep tabs until it's done. This small rice cooker is perfect for the amount of rice I use, just press the button and it's done in 20/30 minutes, white Jasmin rice comes out perfect! I will put a little bit more water for brown rice. Easy clean up and takes up little space on my small countertop. Read more

I was thrilled to see the cute product when I opened it. I put in 1 cup of rice and some water, then pressed the button. Toward the end of the cooking cycle, it made a slight burning-plastic smell, but the rice still cooked. The next morning, I tried to use it again, but it didn’t work. The light wouldn’t turn red when I pressed the cook button. I realized the burning smell was probably the cooker overheating or burning itself. It killed itself at the first try, I'm returning the broken cooker back. Read more
